It is gentle enough to be used as a part of your daily routine. To use: Thoroughly wet the sponge with warm water to soften the sponge . Apply your favorite soap, lather and proceed to wash your body. Rinse and repeat as needed. Rinse sponge and hang to dry until next use. Sponge Care: Wash the sponge every 1-3 months and hang dry
