For a complete circular barbell, you will need two threaded ends of the same gauge. Need help deciding which size ball to choose? Standard sizing: 16g requires 1/8” balls; 14g requires 5/32” balls through 3/8” diameter, 3/16” balls for larger diameters; 12g 1/2” and larger requires 7/32” balls.
