Handcrafted from just four simple, all-natural ingredients: Distinctive crimson-and-gold Beni Haruka sweet potatoes grown in the rich Japanese soil by farmers we know and trust Rice bran oil made from non-GMO JAS-certified Japanese rice Unrefined brown sugar from Tanegashima Island Sea salt from the pristine tidal waters of the Naruto Strait We make our chips in small batches at our workshop in Kobe, Japan, cutting the sweet potatoes to the perfect thickness and carefully kettle-cooking them by hand to produce their surprising crunch and mouthwatering balance of sweetness and salt.
