The Best Flared Skirt

When I couldn't find a flared skirt that did it all, I made one. Featuring a luxurious gabardine fabric with the perfect amount of hold, stretch and softness, a flared fit that is out of this world flattering, tummy approved, and not overhwelmingly poufy, and a small elasticized section of waistband that expands a half size larger to give you that little bit of extra breathing room no matter why you need it.  I am 5'2"" and wearing a size 14. Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang dry. Do not bleach.  72% Polyester 24% Rayon 4% Spandex Measurements taken from a size 14: Skirt length 26" There is very little to let down in the hem.
