The taste is soupy and very thick, it has notes of roasted barley, sweetness, and long-lasting rich taste. The aroma is fruity and very sweet yet vegetal, filling the room with a baked fruitcake, roasted soybean type aroma. Some mix Jujube tea with Wuyi Oolong, saying that the two flavors compliment each other very well. Though I haven't tried it yet, nor have a found a good ratio. Caffeine free. How to Brew:Strainer Brewing - 185°F Temperature - Put 5-6 grams in a strainer on top of a cup/pitcher and slowly pour the water over the tea letting it drain into the cup/pitcher. Keep adding water slowly until the tea loses its flavor.Teapot Brewing - 185°F Temperature - Put 5-6 grams per 200ml gaiwan or glass teapot and brew with a 10 second infusion for the first steeping, then add 10 seconds for each subsequent infusion
