Description Grade Brewing Caffeine Spearmint is a herb, and therefore as with most herbal tea, is naturally caffeine free. Spearmint is often consumed after meals to aid digestion. The oils in spearmint help relieve gas pains, sweeten your breath, and aid in relief from heartburn, stomach ache, and nausea. Spearmint tea is a cool and refreshing beverage after meals or before bedtime. It also produces a chilling taste sensation when served over ice.
