Description Grade Brewing Caffeine Oolong tea has long become a skill handed down from generation to generation. Spring pouchong is no exception.  This hand crafted tea has full flavor and plenty of body.  The deep green leaves produce a beautiful jade liquor that yields subtle flavor and aroma, followed by a sweet aftertaste.   Use sparingly, as each leaf unfurls to its original form. Origin:  Nantou County Taiwan Grade:  Pouchong Spring Select Altitude: 2500 - 6000 feet above sea level Manufacture Type:  Traditional small batch crafted,Semi oxidized, formed and sorted Characteristics:  This tea is fresh and lively with a light astringent finish. Hot Tea Brewing Recommendations:AMOUNT TO USE: Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea.
