Description Grade Brewing Caffeine Organic tea is produced without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides and herbicides. Tianmu Ming Dynasty is manufactured under shou mei principles - Sun dried and subjected to a minimal amount of processing so the teas color and aroma are as close as possible to  freshly harvested tea leaves.  Superb taste and slightly sweet, this organic green tea is exceptionally well graded and certified by the IMO in Weinfelden, Switzerland.   The two peaks of Mt.Tianmu may be famous for their scenery and misty slopes, but drinking this tea will certainly leave a lasting impression.   Origin:  Zhejiang Province China Grade:  Tianmu Special Grade Altitude: 1500 - 4500 feet above sea level Manufacture Type: Non fermented, Traditional process, Small batch crafted, Hand sorted.
