Description Grade Brewing Caffeine The Yunnan Province of China is located in southern China and shares borders with Thailand and Vietnam.  Exceptional teas have come from Yunnan for centuries, and this is no exception.  Ying Ming Yunnan is a premium black tea that is only produced in March and April when the air is cool and moist giving subtle sweetness and distinct floral notes.
