Blue Fin Killifish (Lucania goodei)

Remarks: The Blue Fin Killifish (Lucania goodei) is a native fish to Florida that we have been breeding in one of our vats. According to literature, they vary greatly in color and behavior. Most males will have a light blue dorsal fin, red caudal fin, and a lemon-colored body with a black lateral line. Females typically lack the color of males.  These small fish are shy and prefer heavily planted tanks without boisterous fish.
