Nutrition Coaching
My Nutrition Coaching Program teaches you to track your macros using a kitchen scale and a calorie tracker(ex. MyFitnessPal). This plan includes 4 weeks of nutrition coaching, a grocery list, amount of cardio, and your customized macros. I will send you an email weekly to inform you of the cardio you need to hit, as well as the macros you need to hit. Many people need more than 4 weeks to learn to track their macros-including me. I suggest that you undergo at least 3 months (12 weeks) of coaching, as your macros will change. If you wish to add 4 additional weeks of coaching, you will get a 10% discount (select "Additional 4 Weeks of Nutritional Coaching"). It is highly important that you track all foods that you will consume daily. It's also vital that you log the accurate weight of your food daily. You will be responsible for your own workout routine.
