IMPRO Skills Assessment and Gap Closure Program

Discover your capability in the seven critical areas of quality management. Understand where your learning opportunities are to achieve success in your programs and initiatives. To identify an individual's gaps compared to the Juran Quality Body of Knowledge, the first step in this program is to complete the assessment. The assessment contains an online assessment of 70 questions, and an interview with a Juran MBB. Following the assessment, the individual will receive a report of where their gaps are compared to the Juran Quality Body of Knowledge in the following seven (7) categories: Quality Theory, Critical Thinking, Process Control, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Coaching, Statistics, and Assessment/Auditing.
