Stress Relief Bathsalt Set This Stress Relief Bathsalt set includes one bottle at approximately 3 fl. oz. and one 100 gram bag. The Stress Relief Bathsalt is a handmade item that uses essential oils with Epsom Salt and Baking Soda to aid in the relief of stress symptoms. The essential oils in this mix are: Eucalyptus & Spearmint. This bathsalt was designed to help relieve the stress from a long day or week. You have the bag and a bottle that can be refilled. Make yourself a nice warm bath, sprinkle some of the stress relief bathsalt in the tub usually about 2 tablespoons. If you want to add more that is completely up to you. Then once the salt has dissolved you can sit in the tub roughly for about 20 or 30 minutes. Let the bathsalt relax your body and mind as the oils and epsom salt do there work.
