Hoya Kerrii Green Heart Hoya Kerrii are known as 'Sweetheart', 'Hoya Heart', & 'Green Heart Hoya'. This plant is known their whimsical heart-shaped leaves they grow! This plant likes to vine outward, and thrives best on trellises!  *Some leaves may not be perfectly heart-shaped, but that does not mean that the plant will not continue to grow into more perfect heart-shaped leaves.
