Cellaring: 4 – 15 years Traditional cuvée, the result of the blending of our different plots, vinified and aged separately for 20 months in the barrel cellar in order to best enhance each of their characteristics, before bringing them together to bring the benefit of their different terroirs to this cuvée. It has the advantage of being able to quickly develop a melt of its tannins and thus allow it to be appreciated both from its first years or on the contrary in the context of later consumption.
