Bangar twin blanket

Our Bangar blanket is a breathable, lightweight, all-season, multipurpose cotton-blend blanket that is sized to fit a twin bed.  Flat woven and made from hand-dyed cotton/poly (70/30) yarn that is fade resistant, soft, and colorfast. Reversible design with unique handwoven tasseled plecos fringe sewn all around to provide stability and a distinctive finish. Made in Bangar, La Union. Design facts The plecos fringe is a unique design element of Inabel blankets made in Bangar, La Union province. These are handwoven on narrow wooden looms by weavers that specialize in plecos weaving. The basic plecos is woven of all white cotton yarn but they can be made with colored yarns to match the specific color scheme of the blanket.    Tiniri is the technique of weaving twisted yarns of different hues to mimic a distinctive tie-dyed look.
