Soft, subtle, and elegantly stylish, our ikat scarf collection from the workshop of renowned weaver Narda Capuyan of Benguet, Mountain Province, is made of 100% cotton yarn that have been hand dyed using natural colors like annatto, indigo, turmeric, and mahogany. Design fact Ikat (meaning “to bind”) is the process of tying segments of yarn with threads prior to dyeing to serve as dye resist. When the threads are removed, the tie-dyed yarns are woven into textiles producing distinctive fabric patterns and colors. Product Details Available Styles: Various colors with hand braided fringes.
