The Wheel of the Year with larger outer moons is beautifully hand finished with a soft to touch finishing wax. Thoughtfully constructed using sacred geometry, it's deep engraved so that the moon phases, branches and other elements have depth. The wheel includes the Lunar phases, Pagan festivals, Solstices and Equinoxes, Hemispheres, Months, Four Elements, "Deosil" and "Widdershins", stars, the following incantation "Darksome night and shining moon, East, then south, then West, then north, Hearken to the Witches' rune, Here we come to call ye forth, Earth and Water, Air and Fire, Wand and Pentacle and Sword, Work ye unto our desire, Hearken ye unto our word!", and deep engraved branches to bind it all.The Wheel is a semi-transparent to solid amethyst stain.
