Makes it possible to Control both laptop plugged into the USB port of the laptop,  then push the button and switch to controlling an Android or iOS smartphone over Bluetooth then push the button again to switch back to controlling the laptop.   Switch enabled version allows someone with no arm movement to switch back and forth independently with one of our puff switches or any other ability switch.  Also allows Quadmouse or other HID devices such as our adaptive video game controllers to be mounted on the wheelchair and the user can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to their PC or gaming system without being connected by a wire with the freedom to pull up and pull away again  from their desk..  Based on Bluetooth 4.0 (a.k.a Bluetooth Low Energy or BLE) with reduction in power consumption and fast connection time.
