This blend combines a gulpable washed Nicaragua (from our recent coffee farm trip!) with a subtle fruity kick from luscious anaerobic natural processed coffee from El Salvador.  We crafted the blend to make a rich, refreshing cold brew. Each bag ships with three cold brew filter bags and a recipe. Prefer hot coffee? This versatile blend brews a great drip, pour over or french press cup too. WHAT IS ANAEROBIC COFFEE? This cool coffee from El Salvador is an example of how coffee producers are using innovative approaches to enhance flavors—much like winemakers and beer brewers.
