Reetha, also known as Soapnut, is well known for its Ayurvedic medicinal uses and is commonly used as a hair cleanser. Reetha is often used to make natural hair care products as it leaves hair shiny, health, and lustrous. It can be used on a daily basis to provide nourishment to the scalp and promote hair growth. Reetha can also be mixed with warm water to form a paste which can be used to massage the scalp to manage dandruff and remove lice. Combined with Amla, Reetha can be applied to hair to help control hair greying.
