Batata Wada Masala
Take 500 g of potatoes & allow it to boil & peel off the skin. Now mash these boiled potatoes well. Take ginger, green chillies & grind them individually. Remove water from these two pastes & mix it properly with the other contents. Note: If you eat garlic, you can add it to this paste. Now mix 'Talod Batata wada Masala’ properly to get a lovely soft base for making batata wadas. Prepare appropriate size wada balls from this paste. Make a soft semi- liquid base from Talod Bhajiya Mix and dip the prepared wada balls into this paste & put them in hot oil for deep frying. Tasty wadas are now ready for serving. Note: For preparing Kelawada use 60 gms. of sugar & 1 kg. of raw banana. Tip: You can consider adding some carom seeds or asafoetida in the batter, which helps to ease digestion.
