1. Take 250 ml of milk in a container. 2. Take 1 1/2 spoons (12g) of Weikfield Custard Powder in a small bowl and mix 10 such spoons of milk ( from 250 ml of milk) to make a paste. 3. Add 3 such spoons (25g) of sugar to remaining milk and bring it to boil. 4. Then add the custard paste slowly to the boiling milk and allow it to cook on a medium flame for 1-2 min with constant stirring. 5. Pour the custard in a mould. Refrigerate for one hour and then serves or eat as it is or add Weikfield jelly, fruit, cake, ice cream etc.
