Biltwell® Moto Handlebars 1" O.D.

A modern interpretation on the classic dirt-bike handlebar, built with quality materials and smart ergonomics to fit and feel great on track-inspired Sportsters, British and Japanese customs. These handlebars are constructed with seamless CNC mandrel bent 0.120” wall 4130 chromoly tubes. Available smooth for custom application, slotted to accept OEM Harley-Davidson hand controls, or TBW to accept Harley's Throttle-By-Wire control module. Only our TBW versions of this bar are pre-drilled in center portion of bar for internal wiring. Constructed from 1" O.D. x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the bends All welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded Available in chrome or black electroplate finishes and either undimpled for aftermarket hand controls/custom applications or dimpled for stock O.E.M switches and levers All T-Bar style bars have 3.5" on center mounting points
