X Velvet Skirt

Please read measurements before buying. The Skirts are stretchy and can fit a wide range of sizes.  Washer safe. Turn inside out and place on delicates in washer. Air dry only. Sizes are in US Sizes    ~XS~ Size 0-2 US ~Small~ Size 4-6 US  ~Medium~ Size 8-10 US  ~Large~ Size 10-14 US   ~XL~ Size 14-16 US  ~2X~ Size 16-18 US     The safety pins are metal glued on so they are very secure. Please be careful when putting on skirt. It can snag on tights. I recommends putting skirt on before tights.
