This color is part of our Fifth Element inspired summer neon series (the fifth element meets real elements), and is a pun on LiLoo, the main character - clearly associated with the element Lithium ;). As a neon, this polish will try semi-matte and not totally shiny. A top coat is recommended but not needed; the polish will become shiny with a day of wear if shine is a concern.
