When Are We? - black with OG UP mix / multicolor shimmer

When Are We? is a black jelly filled with a unique shimmer that twinkles multiple colors, and at some angles shifts green blue.  This shimmer is similar to the Clarins/'unicorn pee' shimmer (which is what is in several other IB polishes such as Hole in the Sky and Gods & Monsters), and therefore it "glows" and looks different than other similar shimmers. This polish is part of our previous Gravity Falls inspired Halloween collection, and the name references being lost in time.
