Actions: Helps to maintain the health of the upper respiratory tract and the pharynx (throat), larynx (voice box) and trachea (windpipe). Directions: Take 2 times a day. For adults and children 16 years of age and older- take 1 sachet (60 pills). For children 8 to 16 years of age: take 1/2 sachet (30 pills).
