50 mL/毫升 Uses: Soothes muscles and improves circulation. Alleviates lower back pain due to injury or muscle cramping.  功能和主治： 舒筋活络。跌打腰痛，腰酸背痛，筋络抽缩。 Directions: Find the most painful point and apply 2-3 drops of the balm, use your thumb to press into the area for 15-20 minutes, adjusting pressure as needed until the pain alleviates.
