Yunnan Baiyao Capsules 云南白药胶囊

16 capsules/胶囊 (0.25mg/毫克) + 1 red pill/红颗粒 (This is the Chinese packaging for the same US Export version that is in a blue box.) Yunnan Baiyao is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) used to stop bleeding and promote wound healing. The capsule form is meant to be taken orally to help stop mild bleeding associated with ulcers and other internal digestive wounds. Its exact ingredients are easily found online but the Yunan Baiyao Company now keeps it a trade secret.  In the US it is commonly used for pets undergoing various health issues that may increase the likelihood of internal bleeding. In China, it is used for the same functions and is available Over-the-counter (OTC) at pharmacies for human consumption. However, it has not been approved for human use in the US and hence does not advertise itself as such here.  Dosage 用法用量: 1-2 capsules each time, 4 times a day for adults. Reduce by 1/2 for children 6-12 and 1/4 for 2-5.
