Yunnan Baiyao Powder 云南白药粉末

1 vial/瓶 x 4g/克 x 1 spoon/勺子 The powdered form can be mixed with food or water for pet consumption. Each scoop with the included spoon is approximately 0.25mg or equivalent to 1 capsule of the tablet form. Yunnan Baiyao is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) used to stop bleeding and promote wound healing. The powdered form is used for external application on wounds to promote healing. Its exact ingredients are easily found online but the Yunan Baiyao Company now keeps it a trade secret.  In the US it is commonly used for pets undergoing various health issues that may increase the likelihood of bleeding, such as during chemotherapy. In China, it is used for the same functions and is available Over-the-counter (OTC) at pharmacies for human consumption. However, it has not been approved for human use in the US and hence does not advertise itself as such here. Dosage 用法用量: Apply liberally to open wound and bandage. Reapply when changing bandages.
