Open Face Grill

Our open-face grill insert has a contemporary styling and versatile design which will help you create a unique culinary experience. Incorporating both direct fire heating, and a surface-heated plancha plate, you can expand your cooking methods and the foods you can serve. The open-face grill features 4 propane-powered burners, each delivering 10k BTUs of heating power.  The burner placement is designed to set the flame near the cooking surface, so searing and finishing can be done quickly, or you can set the fire level low and directly fire-roast vegetable skewers and delicate fish in less time.  The Plancha area allows for Asian-inspired finishing or Euro-style concoctions that will broaden your cooking horizons, and you can utilize both surfaces simultaneously, so you’ll be able to plan an impressive array of elements to enjoy alfresco.   The Grill insert is built as a drop-in style unit, so you can build it into an Island, or use it in one of our amazing mobile carts.
