Antique Anderson Brothers Framed Advertisement

c. 1890s/1900s; Anderson Brothers - DeKalb, IL Antique, framed print clothing advertisement. This shop was established in 1895 by Frank and Andrew Anderson, Swedish immigrants who later went on to task John S. Van Bergen (an associate of Frank Lloyd Wright) to build homes for them near the Northern Illinois University campus. The brothers were well-known and respected in the community as owners of the clothing store and left an indelible mark on the city in the years since.
