c. 1920s; Brandt Automatic Cashier Co. - Watertown, WI Early 20th century coin counter with an ebonized steel body and unfinished steel implements. This piece can count any USD coin from 1¢ to $1 and is hand-operated. It features a system of weights to determine the coins being inserted and keeps a running total on an automated number roll similar to an older cash register.
