Antique Enterprise Manufacturing Clothing Sadiron Salesman Sample Set

c. 1900s/1910s; Enterprise Manufacturing Co. - Philadelphia Antique traveling salesman removable handle iron sample kit. This set of sadirons all feature removable wooden handles and are stamped with the manufacturer and model numbers across the top. Sadirons differ from what we know today as irons due to the "iron" being a literal single piece of cast metal while the other characteristic being the inclusion of removable handles. The carrying case is constructed of oak and features dovetail joint construction and etched brass handles. Exhibits minor signs of wear and is missing one handle to make it a full set.
