Early 20th Century Converted Adjustable "Doctor Heat" Lamp

c. 1910s - 1920s; F.C. Herman Co. - Chicago Antique heat lamp converted to use modern non-heat bulbs. This piece features a copper shade and cast iron body with adjustable knuckle joint; the base is constructed of cast metal and has slight sunbeam accents. Exhibits minor signs of wear including the beginnings of patination on the shade.
