The shutters are constructed of white PVC with nylon bearings and are aero-dynamically efficient. The polyethylene flush-mounted exhaust fans have heavy duty, totally enclosed, thermally protected motors with pre-lubricated ball bearings and are specifically designed for energy efficiency. Note: Manual controllers can be used on most of Schaefer single speed fans to adjust air flow from 20% to 100% of fan output capacity. They also have the ability to turn the fan completely off.
