Swingmaster Tie Manager - STM Tie Crane

Description The Swingmaster Tie Manager (STM) is Swingmaster’s newest material handling machine. The STM is a state-of-the-art tie crane equipped with a non DEF, Tier 4 final, Cummins power unit resulting in lower daily operating cost and more long-term reliability. It has a strategically offset telescopic jib boom for improved operator visibility. The jib boom also has an enhanced reach diagram and increased control of tie-to-tie tasks. The machine-centered cab provides better operator visibility on either sides of the cab and helps keep operaor focus straight ahead reducing fatigue. The STM posesses many other noteable safety features such as proportional failsafe, spring-applied, hydraulic released brakes, LED-lighting on all cab corners illuminating the area for anyone on or near the machine, LED-lit stairwells and handrails for stable ingress and egress and integrated swing stops to control the boom's swing radius when working near objects or live adjacent track.
