Up for sale is this Pioneer RT-707 Auto Reverse Reel to Reel Tape Recorder - Partially WorkingIt powers on, plays in both directions.  Fast Forward and Reverse working.  The sound / speed / bias / eq controls need cleaning.  Forward play direction green lamp does not illuminate.  Sound output on both channels.  The tape counter does not work.  There is wear to the finish on the top cover.  No further testing was performed.  Information is provided diagnostically to help you determine the suitability of this equipment for service.  Sold AS/IS for restoration due to the nature of Vintage Audio.  Although the machine partially works, service / lubrication / cleaning is recommended to restore full performance.Equipment will be professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery in the advertised condition.
