PIERCING REQUIREMENTS  PLEASE ABSTAIN FROM BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE FASTING If the client is a minor (Under 18 years of age) parent/guardian must be present during the time of the appointment. The parent/guardian must also bring the minor's birth certificate, the minor's photo ID, and the parent/guardian's license or state ID.  Please keep in mind, the service price is separate from the jewelry price. Jewelry ranges from $25 & up. During the time of your appointment, you'll be given time to choose the jewelry of your choice.  You must purchase jewelry in-store for ANY type of piercing, jewelry purchased outside is not eligible to be used for piercing.  The deposit is non-refundable if a no-show is presumed. If cancellation is made 4 hours ahead of the appointment time you will be issued an automatic refund.
