Wheelwrights Axe

Inspired by a historic axe I stumbled on while perusing a Facebook Axe Enthusiast group, I originally had hoped to turn this into a Big Axe design.  However with the thin blade profile and the relative lack of a poll, I just couldn't make the design work as a Big Axe.   Instead it falls in the category of Small Axes.  As of right now it's one of the heavier designs with a very flat blade designed to work best for those throwers that like to land flat and guarantee you won't loose points due to blade shape. The Wheelwrights Axe meets both IATF and other organization parameters. By default, this axe comes with a single handle.  Additional handles can be purchased here.  As an Infinity Axes special, this design incorporates a pinned handle design that allows for rapid replacement of handles.  The socket measures 1.25 inches x 0.75 inches with 1/4 inch radius corners.  You can choose to purchase additional handles with your axe head.  Regardless of choice we will also include a high streng
