About the Infinity Bond 161-230 Static Mixer Nozzle Overview The Infinity Bond 161-230 static mixer has 30 mixing elements and a 12.65 mm element diameter (.497). This mixer has a stepped tip making it easy to adjust bead size by simply cutting off the end of the tip.  The 161-230 static mixer is unique in that materials do not meet in the manifold before the mixer, eliminating the problem of manifold plugging and cleaning.
