Thread Spool Guard

Created from a need within our business, we struggled with ceiling fans blowing our threads around, causing tangles and dust collecting on our threads. We found a work around in the meantime by putting bottles on top of our thread, but worked on manufacturing a product to solve our needs.  We created covers for our thread that allow you to see the thread but control dust and wind better than being out in the open. After different tests and variations, we came up with 2 different models depending on our needs.  We are now happy to offer these to our fellow embroiders! Narrow base - this is good for taller/skinny threads (Madiera). It maintains a tighter fit to the base, more slim and slightly taller than the wide base. Outside base diameter is 2.8" and the height is 7" (these will not fit Candle thread) Wide base - this fits a majority of all other threads.  We would advise to use the narrow base if you use the Madeira tall spools.
