Ethiopia Kayon Mountain

Region - Oromia, Guji, Shakiso Varietal - Ethiopia Heirloom Process - Natural/Dry Elevation - 1900 - 2200 masl Roast - City (+) / Light -> Light Medium This isn't the first time I've offered this coffee, but this is the first time I've offered it as a single-origin bean and not as part of a blend.  This coffee was part of the very first Mokka-Java style blend we made in 2021!  We're doing things a little differently this time, however.  We kept it to a light roast to accentuate the fruity and floral notes.  You want to brew this as a pour over and just bury your face in it!  Smells so good & tastes even better
