India Pearl Mountain Peaberry

Region - Western Ghats, Karnataka Varietals - Catuai, Caturra Process - Washed Elevation - 1200 - 1500 masl Roast - City + / Solid Medium If you were a fan of the Bali Blue Moon or Sumatra Raja Batak Peaberry, this coffee's for you! Honestly, you might find you like this one even more...I know I do! Full bodied. Smooth as hell, with just enough acidity to keep it interesting.  There's a rich chocolatey base note, but it's really the warm baking spices that dominate the nose and the cup.   This coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified.  In practice (but not certified), they're organic and biodynamic.  Everything that I've found about the farm/estate suggests that it could also qualify for various Wildlife- and Bird-Friendly certifications if they were so inclined to apply for them.
