Kenya Mukarimu Estate AA

Region - Meru County Varietal - SL28, SL34, Batian, Ruiru11 Elevation - 1600 masl Process - Washed I love a good Kenyan coffee.  This one's a classic. Nice bright acidity upfront, followed by dark chocolate notes, and finished with a lengthy, heavy body that makes you forget it's a pretty light roast. That combination of upfront citric acidy plus a lingering bitterness brings to mind grapefruit.  This bean provides my Lilo & Stitch's Blend the brightness it needed to fill out the palate, but it's 100% good enough to stand on its own.
