Already Completed Order: Request Updated Balance (45 Calendar Day Limit)

Request an updated account balance for a subject property on an already completed order for an Account Ledger, Demand, Account Standing Certificate, Estoppel, or Statement of Unpaid Assessments. All orders are fulfilled within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) unless Next Business Day Rush is selected. All Next Business Day Rush orders placed before 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will be processed by 6 p.m. the next business day (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). You must enter your original 4-5 digit order number.  This number can be found on the confirmation email from your original order in the top left of the email.
