Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

This coffee is sourced from the Rako community in Ethiopia’s south-central zone of Gedeo. Grown by smallholder farmers at high elevations (1,900 - 2,200 MASL) and processed at the local Kochere Rako washing station, each lot is carefully washed and dried to preserve its clarity and character.  Reminds us of:  Berry  Caramel  Bright Origin: Yirgacheffe  Process: Washed Varietal: Ethiopia Landrace Elevation: 1,900 - 2,200 MASL
