No Wipe Matte Top Coat with black flakes for an express manicure. Creates a matte soft-touch finish for your manicure. Tack-free finish. It does not crack and does not turn yellow.  The matte effect lasts up to 4-5 weeks. Tack-free finish Cure in UV/LED lamp for 60 sec. NOTE! After curing the top, it needs to be left to cool for 1 minute to obtain a strong gloss. Beautiful creamy texture applies easily and does not run into the cuticle
