Some styles are painted similar or complimentary color to the front, some are stained and some are kept natural. No protective coating is added to the back to allow the wood to absorb essential oils if you plan to use them as diffiuser earrings. This pair of sophisticated wood hoop earrings is accented with bronze, silver color or gunmetal color findings. They are laser engraved and hand colored. The earring wires are typically stainless steel.
